OUR DESIGN PROCESS |

01

DISCOVERY

We’ll begin with a complimentary phone call to learn about your project, goals, and vision and ensure we’re a good fit.

From there, we’ll meet for an in-person design consultation to dive deeper into your space, budget, aesthetic, and needs. This conversation allows us to create a customized proposal tailored to your project.

02

DESIGN DIRECTION

Once your proposal is approved, we’ll schedule an on-site measurement meeting to document your space with detailed measurements and photographs.

With a clear understanding of your home and how you live in it, we can begin developing the design direction for your project.

03

DESIGN + PROCUREMENT

This is where your vision begins to take shape. We’ll develop a thoughtful, cohesive design through custom concepts, scaled floor plans, material selections, and renderings as needed.

We’ll present the design alongside physical samples whenever possible, giving you the opportunity to see and experience the finishes in person. Your role is simple: approve the selections, and we’ll handle the rest.

Once everything is finalized, we’ll place and manage your orders, coordinate logistics, and keep the process moving behind the scenes.

04

INSTALLATION

Once your furnishings and materials have arrived at our receiving warehouse, we’ll coordinate installation.

We’ll oversee delivery and placement, hang artwork, style accessories, and bring all of the finishing details together. The result is a fully finished, thoughtfully designed home—ready for you to settle in and enjoy.

VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN

Our Virtual Design service offers a streamlined alternative to full-service interior design—ideal for clients looking for a thoughtful, personalized design plan with the flexibility to implement it on their own timeline. You provide your room dimensions, photos, and a short questionnaire so we can understand your space, style, and priorities.

Depending on scope, within six weeks, you’ll receive a custom design concept board, floor plan, and curated shopping list with direct links to pieces selected around your style, needs, and budget. Open-concept areas are priced by functioning space rather than as one room. For example, an open living room and dining room would be considered two spaces.

A bathroom with beige cabinets, a black countertop, a mirror, and wall-mounted light fixtures. There are towels stored in an open cabinet and a bathtub with a plant on nearby table.
Kitchen with wooden cabinets, a marble countertop, a sink with a modern faucet, a plate of croissants, and a beige tiled backsplash.
A cozy bedroom corner with a nightstand, a bed with a checked and embroidered blanket, a pillow, and a wall-mounted lamp. The wall is decorated with framed pictures, a landscape painting, and a hanging woven basket with flowers. The flooring is wooden, and the room has a calm, warm atmosphere.
